A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Urban Turban Academy (UTA) to the email address provided. Submission of the booking form alone does not guarantee a seat.
Payment must be made via PayNow to Urban Turban Academy in the amount of S$200 (early bird, valid until 29 June 2026, 23:59 SGT) or S$280 (standard rate, from 30 June 2026). The amount is clearly stated on the QR code at the point of payment.
Seats are limited to 20 participants and are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. UTA reserves the right to close bookings at any time once capacity is reached.
We understand that circumstances can change. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your seat to another person at no additional charge, subject to the conditions in Section 3 below.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your confirmed seat to another person, provided that:
UTA reserves the right to decline a transfer request if it is received after the deadline or if the replacement participant does not meet the above conditions.
In the unlikely event that UTA is required to cancel or reschedule the bootcamp due to circumstances within its control, all confirmed participants will be notified as promptly as possible and offered either:
UTA's liability in such circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the participant. UTA shall not be responsible for any other costs incurred, including travel, accommodation, or loss of income.
UTA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government directives, venue closure, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.
In such circumstances, UTA will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event and communicate with registered participants promptly. Refunds in force majeure situations will be at UTA's reasonable discretion.
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and fellow attendees. UTA reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the learning environment, without refund.
The bootcamp is designed for active participation. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop. UTA does not guarantee outcomes beyond the facilitated programme itself.
All course materials, frameworks, slides, and content shared during the bootcamp are the intellectual property of Urban Turban Academy and Urban Turban Creatives. Materials are provided for your personal learning and use only.
Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use UTA's materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from UTA.
UTA may photograph or record portions of the bootcamp for educational, promotional, or archival purposes. By attending, you consent to the possibility of appearing in such materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify UTA in writing before the event at ngh@utc.sg. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
The personal information you provide (name, email address, and payment reference) is collected solely for the purpose of managing your booking, confirming your attendance, and communicating essential bootcamp information.
Your information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It may be retained by UTA for record-keeping and, with your permission, to notify you of future UTA events. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting ngh@utc.sg.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UTA's total liability to any participant arising out of or in connection with this booking shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the bootcamp.
UTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
